Hearts, Heads, and Hands: Why AI Transformation is a Leadership Problem, Not a Technology Problem
Lucy Dinu (Founder & CEO, KHAIO GmbH)
95% of AI pilots fail. A pharma company built brilliant internal AI but nobody touched it. A hotel tried to automate and employees revolted. My own team's initiative collapsed the day I left. The pattern? We deploy technology but ignore human architecture. I bridge systems thinking and human change, and I see what breaks: organizations built for stability forced into permanent transformation. In five years, advantage won't be best AI but leaders who can continuously rethink.
SPEAKER:
Lucy Dinu founded KHAIO GmbH (Knowledge, Humanity, AI, and Optimization) after a decade of watching the same pattern: brilliant transformation initiatives that technically succeeded but organizationally failed. Based in Stuttgart, KHAIO helps leaders build AI strategies that people actually adopt by combining technical architecture with the leadership presence and change readiness that most consultancies skip. Her mission: innovation that's not just smart, but human.

The Learning Trinity: Human – Machine – Collective — Future Skills as a Learning System
Ricardo dos Santos Miquelino (Co-CEO & Partner, and dos Santos GmbH)
Future skills don’t emerge from more content, but from better learning systems. In this masterclass, we design the “Learning Trinity” of Human, Machine, and Collective Intelligence. He is the creator of HMx (Human–Machine Experience) and co-creator of the Trinity Framework© within Collective Intelligence Design, enabling organizations to learn, think, and decide collaboratively with machines.

Der ehemalige Journalist (u. a.
