We are facing the most profound scientific and technological transformation in human history — a radical shift that will redefine our economy, reshape society, and fundamentally challenge our understanding of ourselves. Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and quantum computing are converging into the Quantum Economy — a new reality marked by uncertainty, rapid change, and unprecedented technological power. In this keynote, business philosopher and deep-tech investor Anders Indset reveals what this transformation means for companies, leaders, and society at large. With his model of Triangular Alchemy, Anders offers a framework for navigating this exponential era: bold experimentation, intelligent optimization, and strategic investments in the future. In the Old Economy, we asked: How can we produce more? In the New Economy: How can we be disruptive? In the Quantum Economy, a deeper question emerges: How do we steer an exponential world in a way that reflects our humanity? Or more simply: If anything is possible, what future is worth striving for?

How often do we secretly roll our eyes when someone thinks or acts “differently”? We judge our differences and often see them as obstacles rather than opportunities. But what if diversity is the key to innovation? What if, instead of resisting our differences, we embraced them—and thrived because of them? Cultural diversity isn’t a problem to solve; it’s an asset to leverage. This talk explores how honoring diverse perspectives fosters collaboration and leads to groundbreaking solutions. Through real-world examples, you’ll discover how intercultural challenges can spark unexpected opportunities and fuel innovation in ways you’ve never imagined.
“The world is my classroom.” Dr. Christa Uehlinger originally earned her doctorate in law at the University of Zurich. Her tendency to think outside the box and her fascination with different people and cultures led her into the field of intercultural work. Time and again, during her professional work in global environments, she experienced how cultural differences were ignored and collaboration even blocked. Where others experienced frustration, Dr. Christa Uehlinger saw opportunities. After more than 10 years in management roles in global companies, she decided to take a new path and explore intercultural communication more deeply. She studied with some of the leading experts in this field in the United States.
Today, she is the owner of christa uehlinger linking people and supports individuals and organizations through coaching and training to discover the gift of differences. She is also a lecturer in intercultural communication at OST as well as an author and columnist for “Schau genau …” on NZZJobs. In 2019, she received the Rooney Scholarship from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, USA. Her curiosity and desire to get to know other cultures and people has taken her—both professionally and on personal discovery journeys—to the USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
