At the MFG Clubhouse, practical change management and metaverse met.

Two interactive sessions offered practical insights and new scope for action:

The Effectuation method showed entrepreneurs, self-employed people, as well as schoolchildren and students how to transform uncertainties into opportunities – a creative workshop for all those who want to develop innovative ways out of crises.

The second part of the event focused on how artificial intelligence and 3D tools can be used to create new, immersive experience spaces – intuitively, interactively, and without prior technical knowledge. Dr. Frank Dürr (co-founder of acameo) provided the impetus.

Architekt*innen und Planer*innen, denen im Projektalltag häufig Zeit für Recherche sowie der direkte Zugang zu passenden Partner*innen, Materialien und Informationen fehlen, finden hier die Ressourcen, die sie für ihre individuellen Projekte benötigen. Durch projektphasengerechte und regionale Vernetzung schafft die Plattform die Grundlage, nachhaltige Entscheidungen leichter, schneller und wirtschaftlich tragfähig umzusetzen.

Inklusives digitales Kultur- & Freizeitportal
Freizeit für alle entwickelt ein barrierearmes digitales Buchungsportal für Kultur- und Freizeitangebote für Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf. Diese Angebote werden nicht nur sichtbarer und zugänglicher, auch die organisatorische Einbindung wird erleichtert. Die notwendige Organisation und Begleitung durch die Behindertenhilfe wird digital unterstützt und deutlich einfacher. Die Plattform entsteht partizipativ mit einer Co-Design-Gruppe aus Menschen mit Behinderungen und Fachkräften und verbindet digitale Innovation mit konkreter sozialer Teilhabe.

Green Sound-proofing entwickelt ein nachhaltiges, gestalterisch anspruchsvolles Lärmschutzsystem für Innenstädte. Statt rein funktionaler Wände entsteht ein modularer, skalierbarer und kreislauffähiger Lärmschutz, der zugleich als urbanes Möbel oder architektonisches Element funktioniert. Ziel ist es, Nachtkultur, Gastronomie und Anwohnerschutz besser in Einklang zu bringen und ein modellhaftes System für Kommunen zu schaffen.

ArchivRAG entwickelt eine intelligente Suchlösung für historische Audio- und Videoarchive. Mithilfe eines KI-gestützten Wissensgraphen werden Personen, Orte und Ereignisse automatisch erkannt und miteinander verknüpft. Dadurch lassen sich komplexe historische Zusammenhänge einfacher recherchieren – nicht nur per Stichwort, sondern kontextbasiert. Ziel ist eine deutlich verbesserte Zugänglichkeit von Archivmaterial für Forschung, Medien und Öffentlichkeit.

Mira Kleine

Projektleiterin für Unternehmerisches Handeln bei der MFG Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg

Seit über zehn Jahren entwickelt und begleitet Mira Kleine Programme, Formate und Workshops für Kultur- und Kreativunternehmer*innen. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen in Unternehmensgründung, Projektmanagement sowie Strategieentwicklung und Kreativmethoden. Zuvor war sie in der Unternehmenskommunikation und im Start-up-Umfeld tätig, unter anderem in Produktentwicklung sowie Marketing und Kommunikation.
Bei der MFG verantwortet sie das Förderprogramm CO.VISION und begleitet dessen CO-Partnerschaften an der Schnittstelle von Kreativwirtschaft, Start-ups und KMU. Im MFG Clubhouse „CO & VISION“ gibt sie einen Impuls zu Gelingensfaktoren von Innovation in CO-Partnerschaften und richtet den Blick auf die Frage, wie Cross Innovation in der Praxis tragfähig wird: durch Zusammenarbeit, Übersetzungsleistung und gemeinsame Entwicklung.

MyMilo – Gamifizierte Bewegungstherapie für krebskranke Kinder

MyMilo ist eine interaktive, spielerische App, die krebskranke Kinder während und nach der Therapie zu mehr Bewegung motiviert. Medizinisch fundierte Trainingsinhalte werden mit Game-Design, Storytelling und einer animierten 3D-Figur verbunden. Dadurch wird Therapie nicht als Pflicht, sondern als positives und motivierendes Erlebnis erfahrbar. Grundlage bildet eine bereits durchgeführte medizinische Studie sowie eine MDR-Zertifizierung als Medizinprodukt der Klasse 1.

KI-netic Spirit – KI-gesteuerte kinetische Kunstinstallationen

KI-netic Spirit verbindet industrielle Robotik mit interaktiver Kunst. Eine neu entwickelte, KI-basierte Motion-Control-Technologie ermöglicht es, komplexe Bewegungen von Schwarmrobotern über Text-Prompts oder Musik zu steuern. Ziel ist es, künstlerische Installationen einfacher, intuitiver und kostengünstiger programmierbar zu machen – und damit neue Formen interaktiver Kunst zu ermöglichen.

VisibleRisk – VR-Simulation für kritische Energieinfrastruktur

Ziel ist es, Entscheidungsverantwortliche praxisnah auf komplexe Bedrohungsszenarien vorzubereiten und damit die Resilienz kritischer Energieinfrastruktur zu stärken.

Mobile Gaming- und Medienbildung für den öffentlichen Raum
Die mobile Zockbude bringt Gaming, Medienbildung und kulturelle Teilhabe in den öffentlichen Raum. Ein umgebauter Bauwagen tourt durch die Region Stuttgart und bietet digitale Spiele, Workshops und kreative Challenges, zum Beispiel zum Themenfeld „Stadt der Zukunft“. Ziel ist es, Chancen und Risiken von Gaming gemeinsam mit Kindern, Eltern und Kommunen zu reflektieren – spielerisch, niedrigschwellig und generationenübergreifend.
